Living and Feeling well as Good Health
PROBLEM
How does society examine themselves to determine good health and sound spirituality? What drives a person to believe they don’t feel well, look good, or are stressed out?
Society is no readier to accept crippled-ness than it is to accept death, war, sex, sweat, or wrinkles.
WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO YOURSELF?
Looking in the mirror, overly worried about what we see! Why can’t I look like Tyson Beckford or famous models? Diet plans fail, and those countless hours at the gym yield no results! Trying recipe’s that claim to help you shed the pounds. Taking weight loss medicines to lose, lose, lose. Trying medicines that state they will make you feel better, sleep well.
People set themselves up for new year’s resolutions, which usually fail because the mission is programmed from TV, friends’ ideas, or an unobtainable goal!

All of this for what? The Medical Community and the fuss?

Beautiful literature provides good health based on the visual perception of your view on life. What you put in is what you get out.
HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT YOUR SELF?
Praying,
Sincerity is it lost in society?
SELF IMPROVEMENT STARTS WHERE
Does good health start with your own mind and soul, or is it in a programmed society belief of how we should look and feel?

Is it your good or bad thoughts when you look in the mirror? Is it because you lack sincere devotion to yourself? Is it because spirituality and peace of mind are overcrowded by societal stress?

What you think of yourself

How is your spiritual or well-being?

Conclusion
Good Health as Righteousness
